Sept 11, Sunday, Charity Obstacle & Trail Rally organized by Gentle Dove Farm, hosted by Oakhill Farm & Ranch 8983 Oakland Road, Nunda, NY 14517 starting at 9:00 am!  This unique event is a mix of a Trail Trial, Pace Pickup, and Versatility Challenge!  Proceeds will benefit the Habitat for Humanity which builds safe, affordable houses; making the community stronger one family at a time.  The Charity Obstacle & Trail Rally consists of a ride with 6 or more judged obstacles and 3 practice obstacles with chance prize pickups along a trail of several miles.  The pace of the trail ride is the choice of the rider group.  Horse and rider are measured against a set standard as they negotiate each judged obstacle.  Plus, test your horsemanship skills further with an optional Versatility Obstacle Challenge Course!   Great fun to watch too!   Awards will be given for the top pledge raisers, highest in divisions, pace pickups, and other creative categories with many spectacular prizes from some great sponsors! Come join us with your horse, get lots of pledges for a great cause, and enjoy this unique equine event maneuvering through obstacles and enjoying the beautiful trails at Oakhill Farm! A $50 pre-registration entry is required by September 1st with pledges due the day of the event.  Sign up early as the Charity Obstacle & Trail Rally will be limited to the first hundred entries and last year’s event sold out with a waiting list!  Have a great ride for a great cause!  Spectators watch for FREE.
