Northern New York AQHA members has started what hopes to be an active Quarter Horse Club which will hold a pointed, multiple judged, AFFORDABLE AQHA show at the Clinton County Fairgrounds, in Plattsburgh, NY, September 29 & 30, 2007 . We have had a super amount of interest and support! The first official meeting of the new AQHA club was June 30, 2006  at the Clinton County Fair Grounds in Plattsburgh, NY Clinton County Fairgrounds has: Easy access from Rt 87 130 Permanent Stalls Nice size arena New warm up ring New Wash racks Experienced Office Staff, Show managers & more!! Many motels, restaurants, malls, theaters Complete Camper Hook-ups Minutes from Lake Champlain.... Close to VT and Canada!  This new club would like to provide support, member perks, and activities for all members! With the rising cost of gas, holding a quality AQHA show in this area in definitely a Great Idea! More meetings will be held in Plattsburgh ASAP.
